BIM Level 2 implementation - Certificate courses and conference discount

BIM Level 2 implementation - Certificate courses and conference discount

BIM Level 2 will be a minimum target standard for all public-sector work by 2016.

This level is distinguished as collaborative working - all parties use their own CAD models, but not necessarily working on a single, shared model. The collaboration comes in the form of how the information is exchanged between different parties.

BIM Level 2 enables design information to be shared through a common file format, which means any party or organisation involved in a project can combine this design data with their own.

This establishes a streamlined, collaborative working practice.
