By working together with Ferrovial Agroman to understand their needs and requirements, ICE Training was able to offer a flexible delivery solution to meet the skills gap.
The Membership division worked with ICE Training to ensure that the programme meets all the knowledge attributes and Ferrovial Agroman values and that full support is given to delegates for the life of the programme. This agreement with Ferrovial Agroman benefits both ICE Training and the ICE, which is seen as being at the forefront of knowledge transfer, by designing and delivering courses seen as leaders in the field.
This major success is a good example of what team-work and cooperation between different teams at the ICE Group can achieve.
Daniel Celino Business Development Manager said the following: “This is another example of how through working together, ICE can continue to turn the three dials simultaneously”
