Ferrovial Agroman chooses ICE Training as a training provider

Ferrovial Agroman chooses ICE Training as a training provider
Ferrovial Agroman and ICE Training worked together to develop a blended training approach that meets the knowledge attributes of today’s Civil Engineers. The programme also supports Ferrovial Agroman’s ICE Graduates on their journey through to IEng with additional support to progress to CEng. Ferrovial Agroman bought eLearning and face-to-face training scheme to be delivered over a three period, commencing in March 2017. ICE Training will instruct 40 delegates per year.

By working together with Ferrovial Agroman to understand their needs and requirements, ICE Training was able to offer a flexible delivery solution to meet the skills gap.

The Membership division worked with ICE Training to ensure that the programme meets all the knowledge attributes and Ferrovial Agroman values and that full support is given to delegates for the life of the programme. This agreement with Ferrovial Agroman benefits both ICE Training and the ICE, which is seen as being at the forefront of knowledge transfer, by designing and delivering courses seen as leaders in the field.

This major success is a good example of what team-work and cooperation between different teams at the ICE Group can achieve.

Daniel Celino Business Development Manager said the following: “This is another example of how through working together, ICE can continue to turn the three dials simultaneously”
