Description

This useful one day training course has been specifically developed to help the SCE/DE understand what they are expected to do, appreciate the ICE framework in which they are to operate, and ensure they supervise and mentor graduate civil engineers in a consistent and effective way.

The Supervising Civil Engineer is key to making training and development as efficient and effective as possible within their organisation. Together with the Delegated Engineer they provide clear mentoring and guidance to graduate civil engineers progressing towards professional membership of the ICE.

This intensive course looks specifically at how to make mentoring work effectively in practice. The course is interactive and makes frequent use of real examples set within the context of the ICE framework.
