This one day masterclass will equip you with the ability to identify, mitigate and deal with the most common construction disputes. It will accelerate your learning by drawing on expert opinion, highlighting the latest contract issues and utilising key case studies throughout.

This masterclass has been developed independently of any particular construction contract but will reference the main contract forms including ICC (ICE), JCT and NEC.

Pre and post course self-managed learning increases the CPD hours achieved by participating in this course.
Solicitors Regulation Authority Accreditation
The course has been accredited for 6 CPD hours (Solicitors Regulation Authority).

Robin Gupta

Robin is a chartered civil engineer and a practicing partner at a leading construction law firm. He is ideally placed to understand the construction industry and its disputes. With 25 years' experience with a major national contractor and a further 15 years in legal practice he has intimate knowledge of the cause, effect and solution of construction disputes. Robin is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, a registered Adjudicator and a member of the Institute of Arbitrators and the Institution of Civil Engineers Dispute Resolution CPD Review Panel.

Patrick Waterhouse

Patrick is an accomplished contracts’ professional in the construction industry with over 25 years’ experience of projects in the UK and overseas. Patrick advises clients, contractors and consultants on all aspects of contracts including tender documentation, certification, claims and dispute resolution. He is a construction adjudicator and accredited mediator.
