ICE Skills - training and events for professional development in your organisation

Supported by ICE Training, the ICE Skills Conference will take place on 21 April at the ICE headquarters in the heart of Westminster. Topics will focus on the abilities your employees need in the post-recession economy, analysing the most effective ways of ensuring they have them. Key sessions include recognising transferable skills, maximising employee engagement and utilising diversity to ensure growth and development within your organisation.

The programme features presentations, question and answer sessions and professional networking opportunities. ICE Skills has drawn high profile speakers from across industry, including the Director and Global Head of Major Projects at WYG, the Skills and Employment Strategy Manager for HS2, and the Chief Executive of the Environment Agency.
