Description
This programme has been specifically developed by the ICE to enable you to achieve an in-depth understanding of project funding, project appraisal, commercial and financial management, and the assessment of value for money.

It is offered to support your continued professional development, helping you learn practical new skills for the workplace, or hone old ones.

The course provides an overview of project finance and funding, cost benefit and cost optimisation models, and how to assess value for money against financial and project risk.
