This online training module is intended to provide you with an understanding of why industry needs Project 13. It is intended to give you an overview of what P13 is and what tools are available to help you implement it in your organisation.

It will also:
  • Identify what is an enterprise
  • Identify the new roles
  • Identify the key benefits
  • Identify the key differences with current practices
  • The key tools
  • Introduce you to the Project 13 community of practice
  • Introduce you to the 6 commercial principles


The online training can also be undertaken as a precursor to the classroom based 5 day training course. This online training and the 5 days of classroom based training form the core training for those wishing to proceed to accredited status

Please note that the licence is valid for 6 months only from date of purchase.

There will be a test of understanding at the end of the module.

Bespoke training programmes. These are delivered by our tutors at a time, in a location and based on a curriculum completely tailored to your needs. Ideal for organisations that have several employees wishing to take training in the same subject area, and/or have organisation-specific ideas for learning and development.
